Jaclyn Colona Infante

Jaclyn brings to Alliance Grant Solutions 16 years experience in professional grant management, research and analysis, and nonprofit management. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and Psychology from the University of Miami in 2008 and her Master of Arts in Comparative Sociology from Florida International University in 2010. She has held positions as a researcher, a public school teacher, a project manager for federal and state grants, a nonprofit executive director, and, most recently, a nonprofit grant program strategizer. She is a clever strategist and creative analyst who will work with your team to get your organization from where you are to where you want to be.

Elise Chappell

Elise brings over a decade of expertise in professional grant management and research and impact analysis. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Stonehill College in Massachusetts. After graduation, she began her career as a teacher in Atlanta. She then transitioned to a role with the State of Georgia, where she created and managed several state grant programs, collaborating with school districts across Georgia. During her tenure, she also wrote extensive evaluation reports for state-funded programs. Currently, Elise serves as the Grants Manager for a charter school, where she leverages her experience to support educational initiatives and drive impactful outcomes. She manages a budget of over $10 million in federal, state, and private grants, oversees all grant deliverables for each funder, and identifies potential grant opportunities. Her dedication to enhancing opportunities for organizations through effective grant management is evident in her successful track record.
